Tips for remembering to take your medication

Tips-for-remembering

  1. Place your medication next to the cup or bowl you use for breakfast every morning.
  2. Use a "Pill Box" or Dosette®/Dispill®” to organize multiple medications (or ask your pharmacist about “blister packs”).
  3. Place your medication next to your toothbrush.
  4. Take your medication at the same time of day everyday. (Check with your doctor or pharmacist for the recommended time of day.)
  5. Put a daily reminder alarm on your mobile device and/or computer.

 

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: It’s important to take your medication as prescribed, and if any side effects consult your Doctor and/or pharmacist. Before taking other medications, consult with your pharmacist for any contraindications. Also, ask your healthcare provider for help on how to remember to take your medications.
